"Today is the beginning of the rest of your life!"

Yesterday is as gone as the last few minutes I've been writing this. Today is slipping away as I write this. Tomorrow is so demanding with it's list of "To-dos" and "I hope and wish for _____.(fill in the blank.)"

Shouldhave, Couldhave, Wouldhave ugh.

"When I_____(fill in the blank), then I will______(fill in the blank.)"

My husband always reminds me to breathe during the suspenseful moments in movies.

My son had to remind me not to hold my breath when we rode one of the coolest roller coasters ever --Krakken at Sea World.

I hold my breath when I get stressed or anxious and blame it on life, movies, roller coasters, relationships, work, traffic--you name it, I can stress over it. How about you?

So in this moment I will do one thing and I hope you do too. Just BREATHE!

That should be enough for this moment.

Craving Creativity

Just like so many people, I'm finding the duties of everyday life stealing too much of my time. I feel the urge to escape to a place deep inside my soul where something magical might reveal itself. So what did I enjoy doing as a child? Writing poetry. I recently visited http://www.poets.org/viewmedia.php/prmMID/15923 for inspiration. This is one of my favorites of all time. Enjoy!
